Free shipping on every order

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery time

United States: 7–12 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or peak periods.

Tracking your order

You can follow your package anytime on our Track Your Order page. Please note that it can take 1–3 business days before the first tracking update appears.

Where our products ship from

We work with a carefully selected network of suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products may ship from different locations, so orders with several items can arrive in separate packages.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned or cannot be delivered, re-shipping costs may apply. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your package seems delayed, just contact us through our contact page. We'll look into it with our shipping partner and help you right away.
